The Dispossessed, Sinha (Liverpool University Press, 2026)

Sinha’s novel of three female Bengali protagonists crossing between France and West Bengal details their challenges as women and narrates stands against coercive contemporary realities—the capitalist takeover of socialist India, and immigrant anomie in France.

Selected for publication in World Writing in French: New Archipelagoes, Florida State Winthrop King Institute’s collaboration with Liverpool University Press.
